No returns or exchanges.
Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled.
Fulfillment is only within mainland United States.
Please allow 6-8 weeks of processing and shipment for the “CHROME BOX” and “CHROME PUFF”.
To protect our customers, after an order has been placed, REESE’S PUFFS is unable to change/intercept the shipping address of a package to alter its delivery, and REESE’S PUFFS will only ship to the address provided at checkout.
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is processed. We process orders seven days a week, but items are shipped Monday – Friday.
We are unable to combine shipping on separate, multiple orders.
REESE’S PUFFS is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. However, if your package does not arrive, please contact d2c.shops@genmills.com to initiate a claim.
